Indexes
and Abstracts
Indexes and abstracts provide a way to locate bibliographic citations
for journal and newspaper articles. Many of these services track
articles in a particular subject area. Once you have found relevant
citations to articles using these indexes, you must then search
the Library's Catalog to find
out whether the Library owns the journals where the articles are
printed, and to get call numbers for retrieving the journals. You
can also check for electronic coverage of the journal on the Library's
E-Journal site.
